I don’t normally stray away from the commercial real estate world in this space, but I really enjoyed this article by my friend and fellow theatre Dad Joe Hyrkin.  A new twist on some good common sense business fundamentals.   First thing I thought when I read this was, just like all actors depend on the costumers, spotlight operators and backstage crew to help them effectively bring their craft to an audience, good Brokers rely on their research and support team to make sure the needs of their clients are met.

Oh, and— support Youth Theatre— you never know where your next great team member is learning some important life skills!
